Short stay in cocoa beach after being let down by another booking.com provider . Friendly owner and overall good value f Positive: Conveniently located , comfy sofa , excellent shower . Negative: Bit shabby , small metal framed bed that creaked

This place was amazing but Janet made the stay a 10/10 with being so informative , quick to answer my questions and Positive: Closeness to the beach! Negative: The distance from downtown but it’s not so bad if you have a vehicle
